Job summary

Relation Insurance Inc. is seeking an Account Coordinator in Tulsa, OK to ensure accurate policy documents, renewals, and day-to-day servicing for client policies.

You will be the primary contact for administrative tasks and stay current on insurance products and industry changes. You will work with the Account Management Team to address client questions, manage renewals, endorsements, and ensure timely communications.

Qualifications

• Licenses: Property & Casualty required from domicile state.
• AINS or CISR is a plus.
• Strong analytical and math skills are necessary.
• Experience with commercial lines is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as initial client contact and coordinate with Account Management on coverage changes.
• Identify and resolve routine client issues and maintain accurate files.
• Prepare renewals, proposals, and assist with remarketing to retain accounts.
• Review policies for accuracy and handle endorsements and applications.
• Ensure carriers respond promptly to expedite claims settlements.
• Maintain audits and communicate significant differences to clients.
• Support retention efforts and travel to client sites as needed.
