• Experience leading commercial construction projects from planning through turnover.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of commercial construction projects from planning, procurement through completion and turnover.
• Develop and maintain budgets, schedules, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure delivery.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts and vendor relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with field leadership, owners, consultants, and trade partners to drive execution.
• Oversee change orders, payments, and project documentation while ensuring contract compliance.
• Facilitate project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.
