Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service or call center role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to type while speaking with customers.
• Previous experience with in/outbound calling or appointment setting is a plus.
• Excellent communication: clear, warm, and easy to talk to.
• Ability to stay focused and positive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working in Service Titan or similar operating systems.
• Self-motivated, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, assist customers, and explain services clearly and confidently
• Make outbound calls to schedule appointments, follow up, and generate interest in services
• Build rapport with customers while identifying needs and opportunities
• Accurately enter and update customer information in Service Titan
• Document interactions and ensure all details are captured for follow-up
• Work with your team to pass along qualified opportunities and support daily goals
• Perform other duties as assigned by the needs of the Company
