Qualifications

• 3+ years in catering, event planning, or hospitality management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple events and teams simultaneously.
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends as events demand.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of event catering through to execution.
• Lead tastings, client meetings, and site visits.
• Develop proposals and event timelines.
• Coordinate staffing, rentals, delivery, setup, and breakdown logistics.
• Partner with the culinary team to craft event-specific menus.
• Maintain detailed event records and billing.
• Foster strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are upheld.
• Recruit, train, and lead a team of event staff as needed.
