The role requires a strong background in hospitality, staff coaching, and operational discipline, with weekend/evening availability and a focus on excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume or luxury dining is a plus.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive, respectful team environment; manage HR duties including recognition, coaching and engagement.
• Oversee talent lifecycle: hiring, training, growth and succession planning.
• Engage with guests, resolve complaints, and coordinate with culinary team for seamless service.
• Maintain knowledge of venue's F&B products, menus and equipment.
• Execute policies, operating procedures, training programs, menus, rules and regulations for staff.
• Uphold health, sanitation and cleanliness standards across Beverage areas.
• Ensure completion of all company compliance training by restaurant staff.
