Bath Planet by NW Bath Specialists in Spokane Valley is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative for our fast-paced call center. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up with homeowners, and schedule free in-home bathroom design consultations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally and promptly.
• Make outbound calls and follow-ups to assigned customers.
• Schedule in-home design consultations.
• Enter accurate data into CRM and document conversations.
• Meet daily call and appointment targets.
• Coordinate with sales and customer-care teams.
