You will identify customer needs, clarify information, and maintain records, while building strong relationships and providing excellent service across a busy call center environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening.

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
