Job summary

Urban Air Adventure Parks is seeking a Café Manager to oversee the Urban Café operations and guide Team Members in a fast-paced setting. The role is hands-on, with substantial time in the kitchen and service areas, cooking, preparing, and serving food to guests.

You will lead the Café Team, ensure timely deliveries and high standards, train staff on the full menu and drinks, and uphold cleanliness and safety across shifts.

Qualifications

• Two years' F&B experience (quick service or restaurant)
• 1-3 years' management experience in hospitality preferred
• Current ServSafe or similar Food Handling Certification, or willingness to attain within 30 days

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the Urban Café and guide Team Members
• Cook, prepare, and serve food in a fast-paced environment
• Train the Café Team in menu preparation and front-of-house duties
• Maintain inventory control and ensure proper storage and rotation
• Ensure adherence to schedules, standards, and guest service levels
• Handle guest concerns and participate in staff meetings and training
• Lead by example to uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and professional standards
• Support General Manager with any other duties as required
