Job summary

Urban Air Adventure Parks is seeking a Café Manager to oversee all operations of the Urban Café, closely guiding a team of members in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes hands-on cooking, beverage service, and ensuring guest satisfaction while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of F&B experience, 1–3 years of hospitality management, and a ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain it within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 2+ years of food & beverage experience (quick service and/or restaurant).
• 1-3 years of hospitality management experience preferred.
• Current ServSafe or similar Food Handling Certification, or willingness to attain within first 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the Urban Café and guide the performance of Team Members.
• Spend significant time in kitchen and service area cooking, preparing, and serving food.
• Ensure deliveries are received correctly and logged, and maintain inventory control to minimize waste.
• Lead the Urban Café Team and ensure they meet expected standards; schedule shifts.
• Train staff in preparing full menu and drinks to high standards; maintain punctuality, attendance, and attitude.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene with regular deep-clean schedules; organize the Urban Café for easy access.
• Address guest concerns and participate in staff meetings and training as required.
• Other duties as assigned by General Manager.
