Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ previous F&B experience, preferable in quick service or restaurant.
• 1-3 years’ management experience in the hospitality field preferred.
• Must have ServSafe or similar Food Handling Certification or be willing to attain it.

• Oversee Urban Café operations and manage Team Members.
• Ensure proper execution of processes and standards.
• Train staff and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
