Job summary

Urban Air Adventure Parks is seeking a Café Manager to oversee the Urban Air Café operations and guide the performance of the Café Team. This hands-on role involves cooking, preparing and serving food, while maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 2 years of prior food & beverage experience.
• 1–3 years of management experience in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the Urban Air Café and guide the performance of Team Members.
• Manage Café Team to ensure they always meet the expected standards.
• Train Café staff in preparing the full menu and drinks to a high standard.
• Maintain inventory control and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
