Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in building engineering or related field.
• Experience with HVAC/R, electrical and plumbing systems.
• EPA certification required and preferred knowledge of BAS/BMS.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing and control systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and safety standards.
• Operate and monitor building management systems and BAS.
• Assist with energy management and efficiency initiatives.
