Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking energetic Brand Ambassadors to represent a premium tobacco brand at retail locations across your territory. You will engage adult consumers in one-on-one conversations, share product information, and promote offers while complying with age-verification guidelines.

No tobacco industry experience is required; a great personality, confidence in engaging with people, and a drive to create memorable customer experiences are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, event marketing, or promotional marketing preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in compliant conversations about products.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure interactions comply with policies and regulations.
• Distribute promotional materials and offers; educate consumers on promotions.
• Travel throughout the territory to support scheduled visits and events.
