2020 Companies is seeking full-time Brand Ambassadors to represent a premium tobacco brand at retail locations across the territory. You will engage adults, explain promotions, collect feedback, and drive brand awareness in a highly social environment.

No tobacco industry experience is required; just an energetic personality, confidence in engaging with people, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Paid weekly and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, event marketing, or promotional marketing roles preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to utilize mobile apps and reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in meaningful, compliant conversations about tobacco products.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure interactions comply with policies and regulations.
• Administer consumer surveys and collect market feedback and insights.
• Distribute approved promotional materials and consumer offers, including coupons and incentives.
• Educate consumers on available promotions; encourage purchase consideration through engagement.
• Document activity results and surveys through reporting systems.
• Travel throughout the territory to support scheduled visits and events.
