Joyce Factory Direct is seeking energetic Brand Ambassadors to represent our home improvement brand at local events, home shows and retail activations in Cleveland and surrounding markets. You’ll engage homeowners, promote products, and schedule in-home consultations.

This fast-paced, people-facing role rewards enthusiasm and strong communication. Base pay is $17/hour with uncapped bonuses; average earnings run $20–$25/hour.
