Job summary

Joyce Factory Direct is seeking a high-energy Brand Ambassador to represent our home remodeling brand at local events, home shows, and retail activations in Columbia and surrounding markets. You will engage with homeowners, spark interest in our sunrooms, windows, baths, and doors, and help schedule consultations.

The role is part-time with an uncapped bonuses structure. Base pay is $17/hour, with average earnings of $20–$25/hour depending on leads and booked appointments.

• Experience in events, promotions, brand ambassador work, or customer-facing roles (preferred, not required).
• A confident, outgoing personality.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Joyce brand at events, festivals, and retail locations.
• Engage attendees in a friendly, professional manner.
• Promote our products and create interest through conversation.
• Generate leads and schedule in-home consultations.
• Maintain an organized and inviting booth presence.
• Assist with light setup and teardown as needed.
• Work toward daily and weekly performance goals.
