Job summary

Joyce Factory Direct is seeking Brand Ambassadors to support our presence at local events, home shows, and retail activations. This fast-paced, people-facing role lets you represent a trusted brand while earning competitive money.

You’ll be the face of Joyce in the field, engaging attendees, promoting our products, generating leads, and scheduling in-home consultations. Evening and weekend shifts are common, and uncapped performance bonuses boost earnings beyond the base hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Experience in events, promotions, or customer-facing roles (preferred, not required).
• Confident, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to event locations and flexibility to work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Joyce brand at events, festivals, and retail locations.
• Engage attendees in a friendly, professional manner.
• Promote products and generate interest through conversation.
• Generate leads and schedule in-home consultations.
• Maintain an organized and inviting booth presence.
• Assist with light setup and teardown as needed.
• Work toward daily and weekly performance goals.
