Job summary

Joyce Factory Direct is seeking a Brand Ambassador to represent the company at festivals, home shows, and community events. You will engage homeowners, introduce our products, and deliver a positive first impression while driving interest in remodeling projects.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, brand awareness, and exceptional customer experience with flexible part-time scheduling and opportunities for leadership growth.

As a Brand Ambassador with Joyce Factory Direct, you'll attend festivals, retail events, community gatherings, and home shows where you'll introduce homeowners to our company and create positive first impressions. This role is centered around relationship-building, brand awareness, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while generating interest in our products.

Compensation

• $17 per hour base rate
• Uncapped performance-based bonuses on leads and booked appointments
• Average earnings of $20-$25 per hour
