Joyce Factory Direct is seeking a Brand Ambassador to represent the company at festivals, retail events, and home shows in Pittsburgh and surrounding markets. You will engage homeowners, educate them about our products, and schedule in-home consultations while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As a Brand Ambassador with Joyce Factory Direct, you'll attend festivals, retail events, community gatherings, and home shows where you'll introduce homeowners to our company and create positive first impressions. This role is centered around relationship-building, brand awareness, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while generating interest in our products.

Compensation

• $17 per hour base rate
• Uncapped performance-based bonuses on leads and booked appointments
• Average earnings of $20-$25 per hour
