Responsibilities

• Represent Joyce Factory Direct at events, home shows, and retail activations.
• Engage attendees and promote products to generate interest.
• Schedule in-home consultations and capture leads.
• Maintain an organized, inviting booth and assist with light setup and teardown.
• Aim for daily/weekly performance targets.
• Provide a positive, professional presence in public settings.
