Joyce Factory Direct is looking for high-energy Brand Ambassadors to support our presence at local events, home shows, and retail activations in Greenville, SC. You’ll be the face of Joyce in the field, engaging homeowners and driving interest while scheduling consultations.

This part-time, people-facing role offers a $17/hour base rate, uncapped performance bonuses on leads and booked appointments, and potential to earn $20-$25 per hour on average.

• Experience in events, promotions, brand ambassador roles, or customer-facing work.
• Outgoing, confident personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Represent the Joyce brand at events, festivals, and retail locations
• Engage attendees in a friendly, professional manner
• Promote our products and create interest through conversation
• Generate leads and schedule in-home consultations
• Maintain an organized and inviting booth presence
• Assist with light setup and teardown as needed
• Work toward daily and weekly performance goals
