Qualifications

• 3+ years of staffing agency management experience in light industrial
• Proven ability to lead recruiting and client development
• Strong knowledge of ATS and CRM platforms

Responsibilities

• Oversee Daily Operations, Team Performance, Budget Adherence, & Overall Branch Profitability
• Mentor, Train, & Manage Internal Branch Staff, Setting Clear KPIs & Accountability Standards
• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Actively Source, Interview, & Place Qualified Candidates for Light Industrial, Warehouse, & Manufacturing Roles to Meet Client Demand
• Client & Candidate Relations: Build Long-Term Relationships with Local Employers & Manage Talent Pipelines to Ensure High Retention & Satisfaction
• Support Business Development & Sales: Drive Growth by Selling Staffing Solutions to Regional Light Industrial Clients, Conduct Market Research, & Closing New Accounts
• Experience: 3+ Years of Staffing Agency Management Experience, Strongly Preferred in the Light Industrial Vertical
• Dual Focus: Proven Track Record in Both Sales/Business Development & High-Volume Recruiting
• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the East Bay / Pleasanton Market Dynamics & Light Industrial Client Base
• Skills: Excellent Communication, Negotiation, & Conflict-Resolution Abilities; Proficient in ATS & CRM Platforms
• Mindset: Entrepreneurial, Hands-On, & Adaptable to Changing Daily Operational Needs.
