Qualifications

• 2 years sales experience or 2 years of consumer goods experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Self-motivated, highly organized and able to demonstrate professional sales and administration skills.
• Must be goal oriented and able to prioritize multiple goals and strategies.
• Must be capable of time management, strategic planning, concise communication & strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work a flexible work schedule and lift, push and pull a minimum of 50 pounds of product regularly.

Responsibilities

• Maximize retail sales for your assigned accounts through the implementation and execution of established sales and distribution goals.
• Complete thorough month-end recap of actual performance results against objectives.
• Work to ensure effective internal communication by concisely discussing facts with relevant coworkers (drivers, sales manager and merchandisers) involved with, or affected by the situation.
• Utilize data, marketing data, handheld & build sheet data, as well as, strategic planning to ensure proper forecasting, pre-selling and inventory levels.
• Complies with all state, local and federal laws pertaining to the sale and distribution of alcoholic beverage products. Executes all responsibilities of this position according to Beverage South (GA/SC) Policies and Procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
