The TeleSales Representative reports to the Area Sales Manager and will help achieve sales goals, manage planning and reporting, and maintain strong communication with drivers and merchandisers while complying with alcohol laws.

Qualifications

• 2 years sales experience or 2 years of consumer goods experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be self-motivated, highly organized and able to demonstrate professional sales and administration skills.
• Must be goal oriented and able to prioritize multiple goals and strategies.
• Must be able to lift, push and pull a minimum of 50 pounds of product regularly.

Responsibilities

• Maximize retail sales for assigned accounts through established sales and distribution goals.
• Complete thorough month-end recap of actual performance results against objectives.
• Collaborate with drivers, sales manager and merchandisers to discuss execution and issues.
• Utilize data and forecasting to ensure proper pre-selling and inventory levels, avoiding stockouts.
• Comply with all state, local, and federal laws pertaining to sale and distribution of alcoholic beverages.
