Qualifications

• 2 years sales experience or 2 years of consumer goods experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Self-motivated, highly organized and able to demonstrate professional sales and administration skills.
• Goal oriented and able to prioritize multiple goals and strategies.
• Capable of time management, strategic planning, concise communication & strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to work a flexible work schedule and lift, push and pull a minimum of 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Maximize retail sales for assigned accounts through established sales, distribution, marketing, supplier and QA program goals.
• Develop a monthly plan to establish goals and strategically manage territory resources, talent and time.
• Complete thorough month-end recap of actual performance results against objectives.
• Execute strategic pricing standards including price to consumer, shelf, display, and POS as appropriate.
• Design displays and marketing at retail that meet merchandising and retail standards.
• Ensure display location in high traffic areas and that products are represented as available and correctly priced.
• Maintain POS materials current and relevant to the market place.
