Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous customer-facing experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in logistics preferred but not required.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic reporting tools; CRM/BI familiarity helpful.

Responsibilities

• Sell Trinity's services to new customers and grow the book of business.
• Provide ongoing service and support to existing customers.
• Leverage CRM/BI to manage leads, forecasts, and relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and drive growth.
