Job summary

First Hospitality seeks a Restaurant Bartender to deliver attentive beverage service in our restaurant. You will leverage mixology knowledge, menu expertise, and guest-focused communication to exceed expectations and support the restaurant vision.

You will collaborate with teammates, maintain bar cleanliness, and handle special requests while upholding professional standards and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in primary language(s) used in the workplace.
• 8+ hours per day; stand and walk frequently.
• Lift, lower, and maneuver up to 30 pounds frequently.
• Reach, bend, stoop, and pivot frequently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the bar for service by cleaning guest and service spaces and stocking essential supplies.
• Learn details on menu items to provide beverage recommendations.
• Prepare cocktails and other beverages to specification with accuracy.
• Engage with guests to identify needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate special needs or requests and resolve guest challenges with the team.
• Maintain cleanliness of restaurant spaces during and after shifts.
• Maintain professionalism consistent with restaurant and company expectations.
• Know emergency procedures and assist guests in emergencies.
• Take on additional tasks as needed by leadership.
