Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a Beverage Server/Bartender to provide friendly, prompt beverage service in a welcoming atmosphere. You will greet guests, take orders, and enter them into the POS system, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Maintain bar cleanliness, assist with side tasks, and uphold safety and service standards in a fast-paced setting. Ideal candidates are outgoing, reliable, and team-oriented, with strong guest service skills.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, organized, and team oriented.
• Comfortable handling cash and using POS systems.
• Previous beverage service or bartending experience preferred but not required.
• Flexible to work any shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive beverage service.
• Take drink orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve beverages promptly and ensure proper presentation.
• Monitor guest needs and offer refills or additional service.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar tops, and service stations.
• Assist with resetting tables and maintaining organization.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Communicate effectively with bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff.
• Assist with side work, stocking, and preparation tasks.
