Job summary

Au Cheval Nashville is seeking an outgoing bartender to join our lively 12 South location. You have a minimum of two years of bartending experience, are 21+, and comfortable working in a high-volume restaurant/banquet setting with strong math and cash handling skills.

You’ll build guest rapport, explain cocktail details, manage a cash register, and maintain a clean, compliant bar in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and some holiday availability is required; immediate hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience.
• Must be 21+ and legally eligible to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Excellent English communication skills; able to work in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, high-volume bartending service in a bustling restaurant environment.
• Handle cash and operate a POS system.
• Inform guests about cocktails, beer, wine and prices.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and comply with alcohol laws.
• Work weekends and some holidays; immediate hire.
