Job summary

Omni Nashville Hotel is seeking a professional Bartender for The Pick to deliver friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment. You will greet guests, take orders, and maintain a clean bar while applying knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits to provide exceptional experiences.

With a minimum of 1 year of bartending experience and strong cash handling skills, you will work regular shifts including weekends and holidays, ensuring compliance with all certifications and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year bartending experience in a high-volume casual/sports bar.
• Knowledge of wine, spirits and beer, including pours and mixology.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Clear and pleasant English communication with guests and team.
• Ability to input information into MICROS accurately.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet guests, anticipate needs, respond to requests.
• Provide knowledge of bar offerings and maintain cleanliness.
• Provide proper bar setup, silverware, and condiments.
• Take orders, record transactions in MICROS, and manage guest tabs.
• Ensure responsible service of alcohol and teamwork with staff.
