Job summary

Dream Nashville is seeking bartenders who are excited, qualified, and customer-focused to craft and serve beverages to guest specifications in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. You will need good guest relations and communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule.

Experience with Micros, cocktail training, and knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits are beneficial but not required. The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy in cash handling, and maintaining safety and sanitation

Qualifications

• 1–2 years beverage knowledge.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• High-volume restaurant experience required.
• Working knowledge of beer, wine and cocktails.
• Alcohol awareness certification or food service permit as required by local authorities.

Responsibilities

• Know drink recipes, wines, and menu prices to promote to guests.
• Promote beverages in accordance with policies and proper glassware.
• Handle cash transactions per cash handling policy.
• Provide prompt, professional guest service and attend training sessions.
• Record orders in POS and deliver beverages to guests.
• Restock bar and assist colleagues as needed.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation policies.
