Job summary

Dream Nashville is seeking a bartender who is excited, qualified, and hardworking with a passion for hospitality. The bartender will prepare and serve beverages to guest specifications in a fast-paced setting, while maintaining excellent guest relations and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities include bar setup, POS transactions, and collaborating with FOH/BOH staff to deliver professional service. Prior Micros/high-volume experience is beneficial but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have beverage knowledge and hospitality experience.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant is preferred.
• Ability to handle money and operate a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and menu.
• Set up bar, stock glassware, garnishes and ice.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
