Job summary

Primanti Bros. Restaurant & Bar is seeking friendly bartenders to provide warm, attentive service and guide Guests through our beverage and food selections. You will explain promotions, keep the bar stocked, and ensure drinks are prepared to recipe standards.

The role requires strong English communication, multitasking, and basic math for transactions. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are available in a casual, energetic setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write English.
• Friendly, customer-focused service mindset.
• Ability to multitask and balance orders efficiently.
• Basic math for payments and change.
• Complete state alcohol awareness protocols (TIPS).

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly service from greeting to farewell.
• Explain menu items, promotions and Happy Hour specials.
• Prepare drinks per Primanti Bros. recipes and timing.
• Ring up orders and coordinate delivery with staff.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and stock levels throughout shift.
• Follow age verification and responsible alcohol service procedures.
• Handle payments and balance POS at shift end.
• Assist with opening/closing tasks and upkeep.
