Job summary

Primanti Bros. in Greensburg is seeking a friendly bartender to deliver warm, engaging service and guide guests through our menu. You will work in a fast-paced environment, learn our promotions, and help create a memorable dining experience.

You must handle drinks per recipes, process orders, manage payments, keep the bar clean, and follow safety procedures. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth are available, with benefits eligibility and free meals.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write in English.
• Strong customer-service oriented interaction with guests.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• Completion of RAMP and/or TIPS certification per state requirements, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provides warm and friendly service from greeting to the Primanti Bros. experience.
• Explains menu, promotions, Happy Hour, events, and answers questions.
• Ensures drinks are prepared according to Primanti Bros. recipes.
• Rings up food and times delivery to guests' requests.
• Follows up after delivery to ensure order accuracy.
• Maintains bar top cleanliness, pre-bussing, and stocked bar level.
• Follows alcohol awareness procedures for age identification and responsible service.
• Handles payments following established procedures and balances cash/ POS totals.
• Keeps bar area clean and organized, including inventories and POS reconciliation.
• Performs opening, shift-change, and closing checklists and completes periodic cleaning tasks.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Coach.
