Qualifications

• Must be able to write and read English.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Certified in RAMP and/or TIPS (where required).

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly service to every guest from greeting to completion of Primanti Bros. experience.
• Explain menu options and inform guests of current promotions and specials.
• Ensure drinks are prepared according to Primanti Bros. recipes.
• Ring up orders and manage timing of service per guest requests.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and restock supplies; balance the POS at shift end.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies and assist with opening/closing tasks.
