Qualifications

• Solid math skills for payments and tallies.
• TIPS certification required if applicable per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provides warm and friendly service from greeting to exit.
• Explains menu, promotions, and Happy Hour to guests.
• Ensures drinks are prepared per Primanti Bros. recipes.
• Rings up orders and times delivery per guest request.
• Follows up to ensure order accuracy after delivery.
• Keeps bar top clean and stocked during shifts.
• Enforces alcohol awareness and age verification procedures.
• Collects payment following established procedures.
• Keeps bar area neat and stocked and maintains inventory accuracy.
• Matches bar inventories to POS totals and balances POS.
• Adheres to safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Completes opening, shift change, and closing checklists and weekly cleaning tasks.
• Performs other duties as needed per Coach request.
