Job summary

Primanti Bros. is seeking a bartender to deliver warm, friendly service and guide guests through menu and beverage choices. You will explain promotions, ensure drinks follow recipes, and coordinate timing of orders to enhance the guest experience.

The role requires strong communication, math, and multitasking abilities, with adherence to alcohol safety policies and cleanliness. Flexible scheduling and career growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Writes and reads English.
• Good communication skills, friendly and people-oriented.
• Enthusiastic, dependable, courteous, able to multitask.
• Possesses basic math skills.
• Completes and passes the RAMP and/or TIPS certification per state requirements, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provides warm and friendly service to each Fan from the initial greeting to the end of their Primanti Bros. experience.
• Possesses proficient knowledge of the menu and able to explain choices to the Fan, informs them of current promotions and specials, and answers questions.
• Ensures that all drinks are prepared according to Primanti Bros. recipes.
• Rings up food and times the delivery of the order to the Fan's request.
• Follows up after delivery by the Service Assistant to ensure accuracy of the order.
• Maintains bar top cleanliness, reduces clutter, checks drink levels.
• Follows alcohol awareness procedures for identifying age and preventing intoxication.
• Collects payment for drinks/food and handles transactions per procedures.
• Keeps bar area clean, stocked, and organized.
• Ensures daily bar inventories match POS totals and POS balances.
• Adheres to safety and sanitation policies throughout shift.
• Completes opening, shift change, and closing checklists and monthly cleaning tasks.
• Performs other duties as needed per Coach request.
