Responsibilities

• Communicate with supervisor to understand priorities and upcoming room changes
• Set up meeting rooms according to guest and event specifications
• Move and arrange tables, chairs, staging, dance floors, podiums, and other equipment
• Transport equipment from storage to meeting rooms
• Supply meeting rooms with clean glasses and fresh water
• Replenish meeting-room supplies as needed
• Break down meeting rooms after events conclude
• Return equipment to designated storage areas
• Reset rooms for the next function
• Maintain cleaning schedules for meeting spaces and ballrooms
• Work with Banquet Manager and team to keep events running smoothly
• Respond professionally to guests and coworkers
• Pitch in to support the team wherever needed
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
