Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Banquet Houseperson to support our meeting spaces. You will perform setup, service, and breakdown for all meeting rooms per Crescent high standards of quality, while coordinating with supervisors and maintaining cleanliness across ballrooms and spaces.

Ideal candidates can lift heavy items, stand/walk for prolonged periods, and prefer flexible shifts including weekends. Crescent emphasizes inclusion, diversity, and a welcoming workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Set up all meeting rooms to guest specs, including moving tables, chairs, staging and dance floors.
• Communicate with supervisor to stay aware of work during shift.
• Supply and replenish meeting rooms with clean glasses and fresh water.
• Break down meeting rooms after meetings and return items to storage for next function.
• Maintain cleaning schedule for meeting rooms and ballrooms to keep spaces presentable.
