The ideal candidate will multi-task well, enjoy public interaction to schedule appointments, set up warranty work, and analyze service needs including writing complete cost estimates for labor and parts in a busy dealership. ICL is employee-owned and operates several New England dealerships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of direct Automotive Service Advisory experience with related computer skills.
• Excellent communication with a customer focus and friendly attitude.
• Flexible schedule to cover store hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and coordinate service workflow.
• Set up warranty work and authorize repairs.
• Analyze service needs and write complete labor/parts cost estimates.
