Responsibilities

• Keeping in constant communication with our customers, before, during and after services.
• Communicating customer concerns with our technicians.
• Communicating technician observations with our customers.
• Educating customers on repairs and benefits of maintenance schedules.
• Creating estimates of parts and labor for repair and maintenance services.
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments.
• Becoming knowledgeable with our systems and all services offered.
• Contacting vendors and ordering parts.
• Creating invoices and handling daily paperwork.
