This role requires a high school diploma or GED with preferred experience in automotive sales. We offer a full-time schedule with competitive pay and attractive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in automotive sales preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Professional demeanor with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Must pass a background check and clear a drug screening prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Prospect for new business and follow up with leads.
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features.
• Close deals, including negotiating price.
• Work closely with the Finance & Insurance team.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
• Complete reports and documentation accurately.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
