You will present features, arrange test drives, and negotiate pricing and financing options while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of inventory and promotions.

Qualificações

• Previous sales experience preferred, ideally automotive.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong negotiation and listening abilities with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office; valid driver's license required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and engage customers visiting the dealership to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Listen to customer needs and preferences to provide appropriate vehicle recommendations.
• Showcase vehicles, explain features, and highlight technical specifications.
• Conduct test drives and articulate performance and safety aspects.
• Discuss pricing, financing options, and trade-ins to reach mutual agreements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, promotions, and warranties.
• Utilize CRM tools to update customer profiles and sales activities.
• Collaborate with finance team to organize and finalize paperwork.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and participate in ongoing training.
