Southern Auto Group in Chesapeake, VA is seeking energetic Automotive Sales Professionals for Nissan Western Branch location. If you have excellent customer service, you love interacting with people, and want to build a sales career, this is for you.

You will help customers choose vehicles, conduct test drives, negotiate, and guide them through financing while maintaining knowledge of products and promotions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Verifiable sales performance in any industry.
• Proven ability to close sales.
• Strong negotiation expertise.
• Solid computer/internet, mobile, and social media skills.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving under stress.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with customers, vendors, and staff.
• Outgoing personality, able to work with the public daily.
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Able to achieve goals with limited supervision.
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Helps customers with vehicle selection and promotes model options and features, value-added products and services, and purchase and financing options following dealership policies.
• Conducts vehicle test drives and ensures all speed limits and all other rules of the road are followed.
• Negotiates sale closure in an ethical fashion.
• Helps facilitate delivery by explaining vehicle operations, warranty, and servicing requirements.
• Maintains accurate sales documentation.
• Maintains knowledge of vehicles, options, financing, and promotions.
• Attends staff meetings, training, and classes as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
