Hendrick Toyota Apex in Apex, NC is seeking a motivated automotive sales professional to help customers select and purchase new or used vehicles. You will greet customers, assess needs, demonstrate features, and guide them through the sales process from order to delivery.

The role requires strong communication, product knowledge, and the ability to maintain high customer satisfaction. Regular training and performance-based incentives accompany a stable full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Prior sales and/or customer service experience desired.
• Valid Driver's License and Automobile Salesperson License required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic web applications.
• Ability to learn product features and explain them clearly to customers.

Responsabilités

• Meets dealership sales goals.
• Greets customers and determines vehicle needs.
• Explains features and demonstrates operation of vehicles in showroom or on test drives.
• Completes paperwork and processes vehicle sales contracts.
• Arranges for delivery and registration of vehicles.
• Maintains CSI at or above company standards.
