Qualifications

• GED or higher education is acceptable for this role.
• Valid Driver’s License and Automobile Salesperson License are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic CRM/web applications is expected.
• Good communication and instruction-following abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet dealership sales goals.
• Greet customers and determine vehicle needs.
• Explain features and demonstrate operation in showroom or on test drives.
• Suggest optional equipment for purchase.
• Compute and quote sales price including tax and discounts.
• Complete vehicle sale paperwork and contracts.
• Arrange delivery and registration of vehicles.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
• Participate in required training and observe safety rules.
