• 2+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple repair orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized, dependable, and solutions-focused.
• Team player who enjoys helping wherever needed.
• Familiar with dealership software and technology.
• Valid driver's license required.
