Job summary

The ideal candidate has prior experience as a service advisor, strong communication skills, and proficiency with automotive service software including CDK. This role requires excellent organization in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience as an automotive service advisor is required.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Proficient with automotive service software, including CDK.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in person and over the phone to understand concerns and service needs.
• Provide accurate explanations of recommended services, including cost and time estimates.
• Schedule appointments and manage service timelines to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the service team to obtain purchase orders and ensure repairs are completed to high standard.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all customer interactions and service histories.
