Coggins Auto Group in Bennington, VT is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our busy service drive. You will greet customers, coordinate with technicians, and keep repairs moving smoothly while delivering a transparent, customer-focused experience.

We value honesty, transparency, and teamwork as we support our Toyota and Honda service departments. This is an in-person, full-time role with reliable hours and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple repair orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized, dependable, and solutions-focused.
• Team player who enjoys helping wherever needed.
• Comfortable using dealership software and technology.
• Valid driver's license.

At Coggins Auto Group, we're looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team at either Coggins Toyota of Bennington or Coggins Honda of Bennington. We're a family-owned dealership that believes customers deserve honesty, transparency, and an experience that's actually enjoyable. No gimmicks. No unnecessary pressure. As the face of our service department, you'll keep customers informed, technicians productive, and the day moving forward while delivering the kind of service that keeps people coming back.

Schedule

Monday-Friday: 7:30 AM-5:15 PM

Rotating Saturdays: 7:45 AM-1:00 PM
