Job summary

Family Dollar in Munford, TN is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run daily operations, improve customer service, and develop the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.

• Help organize merchandise from delivery to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in payroll, scheduling, and loss prevention tasks.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and stockroom.
